Tubal Surgery including Reversal of Sterilization

Sometimes plans change after you have your tubes tied. In most instances, this can be reversed. Again the procedure can be done with an open surgery using a microscope but this may require hospital stay and longer recovery. The recovery can be shortened by using a laparoscopic or robotic surgery approach. Because some tubal sterilizations are not as easily reversible, we would need to perform an evaluation before recommending you this route. If your tubes are irreversibly damaged, there is always the IVF option.
